Having a LOW EQ / HIGH EQ?

 HAVE YOU GOTTEN INTO A ROLLER COASTER BEFORE?

YES , NOW I AM EXPERIENCING IT.

It is a worst feeling ever being in the roller coaster.

It is just like you chose to sit on the ride ,

and not being able to control your feelings.

Someone once told me ' learn to forgive , to be a happier self. ' 

Although I am a open-minded person who don't hold grudge too tightly, 

but that doesn't mean that I don't feel anything. 

I don't understand why people need be a mood-spoiler.

Why do we talk so happily at a moment , and for a split second you just mood swing and spoil the whole conversation . 

WHAT DAFUG IS WRONG WITH YOU ?!

I believe many of us want to stay peaceful as far as possible. 

Why do we have to create trouble for each other when we have to walk the path together? 

THINK FURTHER PLEASE.

AND CONTROL YOUR MOOD-SWING. 

 

What is Emotional Intelligence (EQ) ? 

The ability to express and control our own emotions is important, but so is our ability to understand, interpret, and respond to the emotions of others.

Getting a hold on your emotions to work for the better rather than vending out your anger or stress for no fking reason on innocent people is a key to success in life.

Everyone makes mistake.
I believe making mistake is forgiveable, but not learning from the mistake is not forgiveable. 

1st time you got it wrong it is a mistake, 

2nd time you got it wrong might also be a mistake,

3rd time and so on, it is A CHOICE.

 We know that Life is unfair, we can't always get what we want.

Just for instance, a relationship. 

Do you ever have the feeling of ' I WANT HIM/HER, BUT I JUST CAN'T GET HIM/HER..'

It is a VERY COMMON issue that many of us may face in some time in life.

However, by forcing a relationship or being over clingy might not be the best solution to this problem.
Letting someone go is actually a hardest skill that we need to learn. 

You are perfect, 

you are nice,

but you just need to find a right one

at the right time.
